As part of the digital transformation of the postman job, we worked with the La Poste group to reimagine this business and prototype our ideas. Initially called MFactor, this project now impacts all the postmen and processes of the group under the name of FACTEO. In this project, digital technology is a real help in the day-to-day routing of postmen, whether in the distribution of mail or in new local services.
